LETTERS OF APPOINTMENT.
Date, April 16, 1891, recorded in Probate Record
"G" page 123.

On Petition of Mary A. Fulton, widow of deceased,
the said Mary A. Fulton and George W. Fulton are appointed Administrators of the estate of Wm. B.Fulton, deceased. PETITION states: That William B. Fulton, now deceased, died at Newburg Twp., in Mitchell County, Iowa, on or about the 10th day of April, A.D., 1891,leaving no last will and testament. That said deceased left surviving him your petitioner, who was the wife of said decedent, and the four children of said decedent and petitioner, to-wit: John W. Fulton, George W. Fulton, William H.Fulton, and Isaac N. Fulton.

Letters of Guardianship: Dated March 21, 1893:

On Petition of Mary A.Riker, mother of said William Henry Fulton,
the said Mary A. Ricker is appointed guardian of the person and property of Wm. Henry Fulton, feeble minded aged 38 years and son and heir at law of W. D. Fulton, deceased.
