LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP

On the petition of Ellen Bell, William McClain is appointed Guardian of Ethel May Bell, born Apr. 18th, 1888, Orpha Blanch Bell, born May 3, 1890,Inice Viola Bell, born Jan. 3rd. 1892, minor heirs of Lucius Armstrong, deceased, and duly qualifies as such Guardian.
On Dec. 8th, 1894, the said William McClain files his resignation as such Guardian and W. E. Voaklander is appointed Guardian in his stead and duly qualifies and serves until Feb. 23rd, 1907, when his Final Report is approved by the Court and he is discharged and the Guardianship adjudged settled and closed.
