WILL: Admitted to Probate on March 11, 1913.
Conrad Springmann died Dec. 15, 1912."I Conrad Springmann of the town of Stacyville, County of Mitchell and State of Iowa, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property real and personal which I may own at the time of my death as follows, that is to say,
Immediately upon my death or as soon thereafter as possible One Hundred dollars for mass for my soul.
To my wife, Louisa Springmann so much as she may need for her support so long as she may live of both my personal and real estate and upon her death One Hundred dollars to be paid for mass for her soul.
Upon the death of my said wife and after the proviso, I will to my stepson Nathan Lights Five Hundred Dollars and my stepdaughter Mrs. Louisa Freund Five Hundred Dollars, and that my two granddaughters Louisa and Agatha Vogler be paid liberally for the work and assistance they have and will render us.And all residue of my estate both personal and real not hereinbefore disposed of, be divided equally between my four children as follows:
Clara Springman Vogler, Anna Springman Isaac, Mary Springman Minert and Christina Springman Falk.
If any one of them shall have died leaving issue her share shall go to such issue.I hereby nominate Matt Hemann to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament consisting of two pages of paper subscribed my name this 27th day of October, 1905. Conrad Springmann.
