AFFIDAVIT: May 1956.

We, Eugene B. Quinn and Raymond E Quinn, being first duly sworn do each depose and say:

That we were the grantees in a certain warranty deed executed by our Mother, Margaret Quinn,a widow to us on or about November 13, 1945, conveying the East one-half (E1/2) of the Notheast Quarter I(NE 1/4 ) of Section 11 and the East one-half (E 1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 2, Township 99, Range 15, West of the 5th P.M., except Railroad Right of way, Mitchell County, Iowa:

That said deed was delivered to us by our Mother at the time it was executed, to-wit: November 13, 1945 without any right of recall or any reservation of any kind and we were authorized to place it of record at any time;

That our said Mother died on April 30, 1949 and we recorded said deed on May 2, 1949; that the three of us were all living together on said farm at the time the deed was executed; that she handed the deed to the undersigned and we kept it among our personal papers until after her death.

Further deponents sayeth not.
