Is this William Wiley the son of David and Catherine Wiley, who were living in Marion Co., IA on the 1860 and 1870 censuses? Their children that I have found are Mary A., Eliza, Alexander R., Hannah, Nancy E., Matilda, Martha, William, Joseph, John, and Emma or Emily. I'm interested in knowing whether Judge William B. Wiley is the brother of Alexander R., who also ended up in Colorado.
