Hello Darlene
Thanks so much for your response! This was an excellent find for me. I previously knew that Laura was married to someone else by 1910 when she signed a marriage lic for son Orin (my great grandfather) as a witness .... "Laura Mae Bailey". I had just assumed that Fred had passed and she was remarried. Mary Beth (see earlier post) had found a Fred and Stella on the 1910 census for Seward Nebraska. This Fred fits my known dates for him and I believe he has remarried as well. With the knowledge of his divorse, this all fits and I now know which direction to look.I just have a couple of quick questions if I could ask.
1. Where are these divorse and marriage records for Laura located? I am going to try and locate a copy of them.
2. Im dying to know what trouble Fred was in during 1896 & 1897 . Do you have a source that I can try to get copies from. Please elborate.
Once again MANY thanks for your help. Between Mary Beth and you, I now have a much better picture of this line. Its a huge break through, that many will be grateful for.
T. Thompson
