Columbus Safeguard: The death of Edward Green occurred at the home of his father, Wm. S. Green, near Gladwin, Monday, Nov. 16, after an lingering illness. The burial took place yesterday afternoon at Foster cemetery. Rev. Tom. Devore conduced the funeral service from the home. Deceased was 25 years, 7 months and 10 days of age, and had been an industrious and prominent young man. He leaves to mourn his death a wife and one child and a number of brothers. J. A. Green of this place is a brother of his. His death is mourned by many.
