Mrs. John Kinmonth, one of the best know residents of this county, passed away at her home one mile south of Columbus City Sunday morning, following a prolonged illness. Death was primarily due to cancer. She had attained the age of 68 years. and had resided in that vicinity the major portion of her life. She is survived by two children- Lyle Kinsmonth, the editor of the Asbury Park, N. J., Evening Press and Mrs. Frank Shaum, of Columbus Jct. The funeral took place at the Methodist Episcopal church at Columbus City Tuesday. Mrs. Kensmouth was a highly respected and much admired woman and her death will be mourned by an exceptionally large number of friends.
