Heronymus “Harry” Studer 1903 – 1915

Harry Studer, 13-year-old son of John Studer, living on a farm twelve miles east of Algona was accidentally shot by his brother. The boys were hunting rabbits with a rifle and when one crawled under a fence the weapon was discharged, the ball piercing the other’s body. He walked to the house and told his mother he was shot and died in ten minutes.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Heronymus who was born in 1903 and is buried in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery.
