Thank you for your response! We understood at the beginning of this search that the birth mother may or may not be still living today. The birth certificate had referenced that the birth mother had two living children at the time of the placement of this child for adoption. This is stated on State of Illinois Certificate of Live Birth. If I'm reading the certificate correctly my wife could possibly have two half-siblings. Thanks again!
