I would like information on Robert B. Scearcy that was the son of Robert Scearcy bn. Aug. 1782 in Va. and was in the 1850 cens. in Keokuk Co., Ia. and some of his descendants still there in 1910 ceens. I would like to know what the "B" stands for in Robert B. Scearcy bn. ca. 1735. He md. Emily Miller. Robert Scearcy bn. 1782 in Va. was from Rutherford Co. N. C. and he md Mary Spivey. His son William is written up in The History of Keokuck Co. 1880. Robert's dau. Sarah Scearcy md. #1 James Miller and 1846 joined the Mormon church in sangamon Co., Ill. Thanks for anyting you have. Waunita.
