I have been unsuccessful in finding any kind of recorded birth for my gma and twin, Etta and Netta Cooper. DOB 4 Jan, 1898...my aunt says she is sure they were born at "Gma Barnts" home. We are sure they were in Jones County at that time. I found them 1890 census there. At some point wouldn't there have been a delayed birth record?
