Stephen and Jeremiah Delong

Jeremiah Delong is buried in Lake City, Jackson County. His brother Stephen Delong died around May 31, 1886. Stephen is buried in Ontario, Canada. BUT he did not die in Ontario, Canada. It could be his body was shipped home to be buried in the family graveyard. I think he might have died in Jackson County while visiting his brother Jaremiah and family.
Could someone check to see if Stephen is in old Jackson County death records from May 1886?
