Maquoketa - Saturday morning about 9:30 o'clock in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bert Hoovler, in this city, occurred the death of Sebold Gable, aged 77 years. Some time ago Mr. Gable, whose home was at Andrew, was brought to his daughter's home here so that the best of care would be received by the aged father, and he seemed to be enjoying fair health until a few moments before he was stricken by death. The remains were taken to Andrew Sunday where funeral services were held in the German Lutheran church. Interment in Andew cemetery.
