Mrs. Catherine Dolan and son John from Fon de Lac, Wis., came to attend the funerel{sic} of the former’s sister, Mrs. John Ferrie.

OBITUARY.
FERRIE.
Esther Ackerson was born in Eldorado, Wis., on January 5th, 1848. Her family moved from Wisconsin to Iowa in 1869, and the following year, 1870, she was married to John Ferrie, and to this union were born five children, all of whom with the father remain to mourn the loss of a faithful wife and a good mother.
She departed this life, after months of suffering on Oct. 23rd, 1919, leaving besides her many relatives a wide circle of friends. Funeral services were held from the Church of the Assumption on Monday and the many friends present testified to the love and respect in which she was held. Interment was in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
