OBITUARY.
NOBLETT
Sarah Anne Noblett was born in Walworth county, Wisconsin, June 23rd, 1850. She came to Cresco in 1869, with her parents and sister, Mrs. Adams.
She has been a member of the Baptist Church at Cresco for thirty years. Her father died in 1895 and her mother three years ago.
When they came to Cresco, they moved on to the farm, ten miles north of Cresco, where she lived until her death, which occur{r}ed at 6 o’clock, Oct. 25th, 1919.
She is survived by three near relatives, her sister, Mrs. A. R. Adams, Florenceville, Iowa, and two nephews, Roy C. Noblett, Cresco, Iowa, and Ashley M. Noblett, of Cedar Rapids.
The deceased was known as a most unselfish and devoted Christian, one who indeed adorned her profession. Quiet and unassuming but one who was always deeply interested in the temporal and spiritual welfare of those around her.
She was faithful in her attendance upon the house of the Lord when it was possible. She will be greatly missed by those who miss the love and care of a great heart.
