OBITUARY.
Katz.
Alma May Becker was born at Winnebago Valley, Minn., July 12, 1885. She was married to Julius Katz Oct. 9 1895.{?} Two children were born to them—a son now 7 years old and a daughter now 5. Last February the family moved to La Crosse, Wis., where on Oct. 23d after a brief illness of influenza, the mother passed away. The remains were brought to Cresco and a brief service conducted by Rev. Pless was held at the Bradley undertaking parlors Friday morning. Burial was in New Oregon cemetery.

Transcriber’s Note: The last name is spelled two different ways. Find a Grave shows Kaatz is correct. I question the year of their marriage as she would have only been ten years old.
