I reviewed the Marriage Books at the Mt. Pleasant Library:

Marriages 1 October 1895-1 January 1901, Book H
No Bankson...No Anna Chrisinger
No Similar Names

Marriages 1901-1904, Book 3
No Bankson....No Chrisinger
No Similar names

I've found that many Henry County residents were married in Burlington, Des Moines County, IA. Or sometimes they married in Missouri...I'm not sure why. You might try searching in those areas.
