ON THE WEST SIDE.
Mr. William Hoaglin was ordered to remove a number of boxes and other inflammable material which had accumulated at the rear of his place of business.
Messrs. F. E. Cooper, the owner of the building and Mr. T. J. Phillips the proprietor of the Fair Store were ordered to remove within five days boxes, crates, and other inflammable material in the rear of the store.
Mr. A. P. Black was ordered to remove within ten days an old wooden shed in the rear of his restaurant building.
Mr. W. E. Shepp was ordered to remove within ten days two old wooden sheds at the rear of his grocery building.
Messrs. Theo. Waibel and Linch & Rockey were ordered to remove within thirty days an old dilapidated wooden shed at the rear of the billiard parlors occupied by the latter.
Mr. H. C. Weir was ordered to remove an old dilapidated coal shed at the rear of his building occupied by the Mt. Pleasant Plumbing Co.
Mr. Frank O’Connor, who operates the Princess Moving Picture Theatre, was charged with having the rear exit from the picture show not as accessible as it should be nor as safe outside the side. He was ordered to within 15 days remove all obstruction from the rear exit and to make it safe outside the door so that there should be no occasion for stumbling.
Mr. William Hoaglin was ordered to within ten days remove a number of barrels, crates, and boxes from the rear of his west side building.
Dr. G. E. Smith was ordered to within thirty days remove an old dilapidated wooden shed and an old wooden closet from the rear of the building occupied by the Grant Millinery Store.
Mr. George Loper was ordered to within ten days remove all hay, barrels and crates from the rear of his premises.
Messrs. Felgar and Forbes were ordered to within ten days remove all broken crates, also pile of wood in rear of premises.
Mr. Orville Beckwith was ordered to remove all gasoline from the garage and have same placed in an underground tank.
