Iowa Observer-This is the title of the a new Whig paper published in Mt. Pleasant, in this State, by G. G. Galloway and edited by Messrs. A. McKinney and John T. Morton. It makes a pretty fair mechanical appearance, and its editorial department indicates ability possessed by very few Whig papers in this state, we hope this new paper will have a good effect on the democracy of Henry.
