O. T. Stover Is Dead.

Freeman-Tribune (Monday): This morning at 7:30 o'clock O. T. Stover of Estherville, brother of J. A. Stover of this city, passed away at Cherokee, his death being caused by paralysis. Some few years ago Mr. Stover suffered from a severe blow on the head by a lever on a well drill. The skull was injured, causing pressure on the brain. Operations were performed to relieve the injury, but they proved of no avail.

For several months past deceased's condition has been growing worse. J. A. Stover received word yesterday of his brother's failing condition and at once went to his bed-side. The remains will be brought to this city from Cherokee this evening.

O. T. Stover was well known here. Jewell was his boyhood home and still the parental W. T. Stover home is here. His death will be sincerely mourned here, and everyone joins in extending sympathy to his bereaved family. Yesterday afternoon the funeral services were held here from the Methodist Episcopal church, conducted by Rev. J. J. Williams, and the remains were interred in Evergreen cemetery.
