Fort Dodge police officers reported that Fisher had run out of gas and was pushing his motorcycle east on Highway 20 near the south 32nd St. intersection when the cycle was hit from behind by a car driven by Judy Jennings, 38, of Eagle Grove. The mishap occurred around 2 a.m., police said.
