CHRISTINA LARSON DIED LAST SUNDAY
Mrs. Christina Larson, 63, died Sunday evening at the home of her daughter Mrs. Otis Thorsbakken.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, first at the Ole Thorsbakken home and then in the Bethel church. Rev. Sumstad of Roland and Rev. Paulsrud officiated. Interment will be made in the St. Paul's cemetery, north of Rosendale, as soon as road conditions will permit.
Mrs. Larson was born in Clinton county, Feb. 13, 1873, her parents bein iver and Guro Sampson. The family moved to Roland in 1876, where Christina grew to womanhood. She was confirmed by Rev. C. B. Jacobson in the Bergen church.
On March 11, 1893, she was married to Henry Larson and they made their home at Randall for many years. Mr. Larson died June 4, 1925.
Mrs. Larson came to the home of her daughter from Roland in July, and had been ill and bedfast since September with inflammatory rheumatism. Death was caused by this disease and complications.
Surviving are three sons, Lewis of Ellsworth, Julius of Faribault, Minn., and Carl of Kenyon, Minn., and one daughter, Mrs. Thorsbakken, also nine grandchildren, three sisters and five brothers.
