Monday, May 24, 1999Eugene J. Benolken, 83, Tyler, TX., died May 17, 1999 at Tyler. Funeral services were held May 20 at the Tyler Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Eugene John Benolken had lived in Tyler since 1986. He was formerly a restaurant owner in Webster City. He was a member of the Iowa Restaurant Association, and the 11th Field Hospital Unit.
Survivors are his son, John Benolken of Tyler, Tx., a daughter, Connie Hunsley, also of Tyler, brothers Dolan Benolken of Rosemount, MN., Ambrose Benolken of Ohio and a sister Lidwina Sonner of Edina, MN.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret.
