JOSEPH G. WOOLSEY

Joseph G. Woolsey, 89, of 2601 Overton, Indepence, died yesterday at Independence Hospital. He was born in Rock Port, Mo., and live in Independence 28 years. Mr. Woolsey retired from the Iowa Highway Department in 1938. He was a member of the Christian Church in Harlan, Ia. Surviving are three sons, Carl R. Woolsey of the home; Bryce G. Woolsey, 2218 Hall, and Bryon J. Woolsey, 9725 Westport, both of Independence; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
