MRS. IVY GRESHAM DIES FRI. AT 85

Mrs. Ivy Lillian Gresham, 55, a former Hamburg resident, died in St. Joseph, Mo. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Edson, May 6. Mrs. Gresham was a native of Perry, Ill. but had lived in Hamburg 27 years. She moved to St. Joseph six years ago. She was a member of the Carnegie Baptist Church.

Besides her daughter, she is survived by two sons, Joe W. of St. Joseph and Lloyd C. of Essex; a sister, Mrs. Effie Johnson of Dearborn, Mo.; two brothers, Earl Winder, Agency and R.G. Winder, Weston, Mo.; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A son, John Gresham, died April 20 and another son, Lester, died in 1961.

Funeral services were held at Johnson Funeral Home Sunday, May 8, at 2:30with Rev. Gene Lewis officiating.Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
