Information on Delphenich family

Looking for information on the Delphenich family.

The family settled first in the Dubuque area, but I haven't found much record of them.

Anton and Petronella Delphenich arrived in 1855 from the Rhineland with two children, Magdalena and Anton. Anton, an infant, died soon after they arrived in the US.

They had four children in Iowa;

Joseph M, born 1858
Katherine, born 1859
John Peter, born 1861
William Peter, born 1863, my great-grandfather.

They were Catholic. They were farmers in Germany, but I heard mention of Anton working on trains in Dubuque.

By 1870, most of them had moved to La Crosse, Wisconsin, where the family lived and grew until WWII.
