Need help with my genealogy, is there anyone researching the Leslein surname. Am looking for anything at all on Beatrice Leslein, she was the Daughter of Christian and Lucy Ager Leslein, born May 1896,in Dubuque County.I found her in the 1900 Center TWP. Dubuque County census living with her father Christian, they were living with the John Fisher family(John Fishers wife was Christians sister)Beatrice was 4 in that census, Then in 1910 I found Christian and Beatrice still in Center TWP.with Christians new wife Annie.(Christians first wife died when Beatrice was 10 months old.)In 1910 Beatrice was 14. No trace of her in the 1920 or 1930 census.Christian died in 1949 and his obit never mentioned a daughter Beatrice as a survivor,or preceeding him in death.
Am hoping there are some Leslein family members out there that may be able to shed some light on my quest to find Beatrice. Thanks, Janette
