Mrs. Mary Peacock Dies Early Tuesday, Services Set Today

Services for Mrs. Mary E. Peacock, 84, will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Harpole-Tenold Chapel with the Rev. Wayne I. Carson of the United Methodist Church officiating.

Mrs. Peacock died Tuesday morning at the Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. She had been a resident of Spirit Lake since 1921.

Survivors include: one son, Chet of Spirit Lake; one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Westbrook of Jefferson, Iowa one sister, Mrs. Florence Nutz of Des Moines; one grandson, Jon Peacock of Spirit Lake.

Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery with the Harpole-Tenold Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
