deed/ land location

I am looking for the location of property bought by Algernon S. Shaw on 10/05/1852 and for the original deed. Aliquot parts or lot: SESE, section# 29, Township 11N, range 06E, meridian 4, type of sale- FD, total price- warrant. I found this info in the Illinois Public Land Purchase Records, but IRAD says this location should be in Des Moines Cty., Ia. The county clerk there said they had no info. The county of purchase was Peoria, Illinois. Any help would be so appreciated!
