Baby given for adoption

WYATT, MABEL MOTHERS NAME

Reportedly gave birth to a male infant around 1900 [2-3 years either way] at old St. Francis Hospital in Burlington, Iowa. Any records of births from that hospital? Any and all help / advice where to look appreciated.
