Just guessing that a plat book for the cemetery would be at Van Wert City Hall.

Slade-O'Donnell Funeral Home might be able to help you. Lois Slade canvassed the cemetery in 1976. Lois and Jim have retired but the funeral home should also have a plat book and other such records.
