Paul Ramsey relatives

I visited Normandy Beach cemetery and laid a flower on the cross of Paul O Ramsey.
His parents were Fred and Carrie Ramsey who I think are both dead.
Are there any other relatives that now live in your area that I could contact?
I think his mother was a Pelsor.
I have a picture of the cross and wanted to get it to the family however distant.
