Contact info for Green Bay Cemetery

I wonder if anyone can tell me how to contact someone regarding burials at the Green Bay Cemetery in Decatur Co.? My g-grandparents are buried there and I am afraid they may be in unmarked graves.
G-Grandfather was Patrick Henry Dunn. He was in the 39th Iowa Infantry, Co.D in the Civil War and was also a member (according to his obit) of the GAR. His wife was Margaret F. (Daniels) Dunn and his obit says that he was buried next to her. I think he deserves a Civil War veteran headstone.
