Gibson and Barcus marriage

At our local swap meet I found the duplicate copy of the marriage certificate for Ruel Lester Barcus and Willah Nina Gibson who married in Decatur County in 1924. The marriage was witnessed by two Smiths. This seems to be an original with the top edge appearing to have been perforated to make it able to be torn off the upper portion of the page which perhaps was the main certificate. I'd like to send this to someone who is researching these people.
