Peter & Comfort Johnson

I am trying to find information on Peter and Comfort Johnson. They lived in Decatur County and are buried in the New Salem Cemetery. Peter was born in 1811 and died in 1899 and Comfort was born in 1812 and died in 1892. Was her maiden name "Whitney". They originally came to Iowa from Ohio. Who was Peter's parents and who was Comfort's parents. Peter and Comfort's children were: Apollos W.who married Elizabeth Hill; Lavinia who married McIntosh Hill; James H. Johnson; Hannah Johnson; Margaret Johnson; John Wesley Johnson. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Bessie Gumm
