Nelson Prowant (age 31) and wife Priscilla (age 28) along with children Clarence (age 6) and DANIEL T. (age 0) are listed on the 1895 State census for Decatur County, Iowa. By 1900 they returned to Ohio and baby Daniel was not with them. Can anyone tell me if he died in Decatur County? He would have been born in 1895 if the census was accurate.
