Brewer, Richard, son of Aaron and Elizabeth (Fisher) Brewer, was born 5 Feb 1834 in Fayette Co., PA; died 16 Nov 1907 at Bloomfield, Davis Co., IA; and was buried in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Bloomfield. He married Emma Fidelia Arnold 11 Feb 1869 in Van Buren Co., IA. Emma, daughter of John Baldwin and Louisa (Cupp) Arnold, was born 13 Nov 1850 in Fairfield Co., OH; died 19 Jul 1931 in Davis Co., IA; and was buried in the IOOF cemetery. The Pioneer settled in Van Buren Co. in 1852. Richard and Emma were the parents of Mary Ella (Patterson), Hattie L., M. May (Stookesbe) and Ada M. (Baumgar).
