Janiece, 61 of Perry, died at her home June 17. Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 21 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry with burial in Valley View Cemetery next to her son Jeffrey. Visitation is after 11 on Wednesday with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors are husband Tom, daughter Dawn (Larry) Dunker of Mankato, MN; son Mike (Tiffany) Sloss, two granddaughters Amani and Savannah; mother "Peggy" Nicolaisen of Perry; and brother, Larry (Linda) Nicolaisen of VA. ~ The Des Moines (IA) Register 20 June 2012.
