George Collins

George Collins, 93, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011, at Spurgeon Manor in Dallas Center. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, at Iles Funeral Homes-Brandt Chapel, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

George is survived by his daughters, Kay Davis of Lenox and Sharon (Jim) Friesz of Branson, MO; son Craig (Kendra) Collins of Rochester, MN; four grandchildren, Robin Flannigan of Lenox, Bryce Friesz of Indian Trail, NC, Jill Rhamy of Overland Park, KS and Casey Collins of Rochester, MN; two sisters, Edna Lytle and Esther Chambers and one sister-in-law, Ermafern Collins, all of Dallas Center.

George joins Malyne "Molly", his wife of 71 years, in Heaven just 23 days after her passing.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Iowa Hospice or Spurgeon Manor in Dallas Center.
