Folletts is on Highway 67 which roughly follows the Mississippi river as it goes north from Davenport (which is in Scott County) to Clinton (the county seat of Clinton County where I grew up.) Clinton has about 26,00 people now and the paper is still active and can be accessed online by Google as suggested. I often read it online to keep up with obituaries.
