Hello Jane, I have not yet connected my Morans to other Morans in that area. My Grandfather was Michael J. Moran His wife was Delia Briget Murray Moran It was said that he was born in Clayton or Clinton, Iowa. We have the name James that has been passed down throgh our family. But Just can't make a firm connection for you.. Michael's Brother could have been named Christopher Moran. We are now looking into that theory Keep in touch one never knows what might pop up. Toni
