Dick,

The source for my information is Albert Parent's obit in the Belvidere, Il. newspaper at the time of his death which was February 25, 1909. According to the paper, Albert was the son of Charles E. and Mary (Lawman) Parent. Albert lost his father at the young age of nine and went to live with his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John Lawman. They were the parents of his mother Mary. John and Rebecca Lawman are buried in the Lawman plot in the Shattuck's Grove Cemetery south of Belvidere. Along with them are Mary Parent, John Parent, and May Parent. Mary being Albert's mother and John and May being siblings. Albert's father Charles is buried in the Parent plot in the same cemetery. Does this coincide with any info you may have? Thank you, Connie
