CLAYTON: Mrs. Anna Smull died Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Adams, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Smull was born at Clarksville, Iowa, and for many years lived in Summit, S.D., where her husband was a newspaper publisher. Following her husband's death in 1934, she came to Clayton to live with her daughter.

Funeral services were held Friday morning at the Adams' home, Rev. Meyer of St. Paul's church of Garnavillo officiating, and the body was taken to Summit for burial. Mrs. Smull is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Adams of Clayton, and Mrs. Robert Keller of Chicago.
