Ewing - Ball marriage - 1951

ELKPORT: Miss Lois Ball, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ball of Elkport and Pvt. Gerrold Ewing stationed at Aberdeen, Md., were united in marriage, Wednesday, April 18 at Elkader. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Anita Ball, sister of the bride, and Gerald Swisher, friend of the family, were the attendants.

A wedding supper was served Thursday evening at the home of the bride to the following; Mr. and Mrs. Jake Ewing and Milton, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ball, Anita and Merlin, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jaster, Virginia Herman, Gerald Swisher and the honored couple, Pvt. and Mrs. Gerrold Ewing.
