Funeral services for Jack E. Kelch, 55, West Branch, will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, June 28, 1989 at the West Branch United Methodist church, with the Revs. Sang K. Ro and Brown Garlock officiating. Interment will be in the West Branch cemetery.

Mr. Kelch died June 24, shortly after being admitted to Mahaska General hospital in Oskaloosa.

The son of Clell and Eloise Douglas Kelch, he was born Dec. 23, 1933 in Iowa City. He graduated in the class of 1951 at West Branch high school. He farmed and was active in the Cedar county 4-H program and raised Angus cattle.

Mr. Kelch is survived by his mother, Mrs. Eloise Rose, West Branch; a sister, Mrs. Joan Bury, Mission Viejo, Calif. and 3 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and stepfather.
