Funeral services for Victor Ormsby, 86, Durant, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 at Lacock Funeral Home in Durant, with burial in the Durant cemetery.

Mr. Ormsby died Aug. 18 at Oak Glen Home in Coal Valley.

Mr. Ormsby married Dorinda Tredy in 1928 in Davenport. She died in 1980.

He was a farmer and retired in 1961. He was a member of the Durant Senior Citizens.

Mr. Ormsby is survived by a daughter, Marian Knock, Moline; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers, Henry, Stanwood and Lloyd, Blue Grass.
