MARRIED- At Chicago, on the evening of January 5th 1854, by the Rev. Mr. --, Mr. A. Betts of this place, to Miss Sarah E. Eason, of La Port City, Indiana.

We received the above notice jus as we were going to press, and in haste we wish them a world of joy. May they never know sorrow May they never-- may little consequences-- may propitious Heaven-- may their journey-- may bright stars-- may the American Eagle-- oh! pashaw, we don't know what wish to make for fear we don't make a good one.

*NOTE* For those of you who are wondering, the Cedar County Advertiser is what the paper was called in the transition time between the Cedar County Newsletter and the Tipton Advertiser.
