Tipton Advertiser 15 Dec 1932 page1 col 3.

Leo Ridenour was the victim of an unfortunate runaway accident Wednesday afternoon, in which he suffered a fracture of both bones in his left limb, four inches above the ankle. Mr. Ridenour went after a load of fodder duing the afternoon, about 60 rods from the barn. Suddenly his team started and ran away, throwing him from the load. The wagon ran over Mr. Ridenour and it is probable the wheel ran across his leg causing the fracture of both bones. Dr. Peters was summoned and set the member, and at latest report he is resting as comfortably as could be expected.
