Hattie Ridenour vs Henry C. Ridenour - Divorce

And now to-wit on this 7th day of March A.D. 1899, this cause comes in for hearing the plantiff appearing by R.R. Leech, her attorney. Default of defendant. Hearing to court. Decree of divorce as prayed at costs of plantiff for further record of which see Default Decree of divorce Record No. 15 page 513 which is hereby made a part hereof.

*Note* Hattie Fulwider and Henry C. Ridenour were married 23 May 1887 in Peoria, Peoria co., IL. When Hattie filed for the divorce, 3 Jan 1899, she asked that her maiden name be restored.
